No. HALO is a player only. It does not provide, sell, include, recommend, or partner with content, playlists, subscriptions, providers, or streaming services.
What can I add to HALO?
You can enter an M3U or M3U8 playlist URL, use credentials for a compatible Xtream source, or open the built-in royalty-free demo source. You are responsible for choosing a lawful source and for your right to access its content.
Can I try the player without a source account?
Yes. Permanent demo content uses public test streams and openly licensed Blender Foundation films so the player can be evaluated without a provider account.
Which devices is HALO designed for?
HALO is designed for Android phones and tablets, Android TV, Fire TV, iPhone, and iPad. Store releases are coming soon, and no release date is being claimed yet.
Will multi-view always play four streams?
No. HALO supports up to four tiles, but the actual limit depends on the device, available decoders, memory, stream format, and source limits. Phones support no more than two tiles.
Where does HALO keep my player data?
Favourites, recents, playback positions, preferences, source configuration, and cached data are stored locally in the app sandbox. Sensitive secrets use encrypted local storage. Playback and catalogue requests still go to the source and media hosts you choose.
Does this website track visitors?
HALO uses no website analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies at launch. Cloudflare processes normal network and security data to deliver and protect the site.
